Big Sam said: "I've got my thoughts on which players we will be releasing at the end of the season.
"But we're leaving it right to the very end because the focus is on the next seven games.
"I don't want any distractions in terms of talking about contracts and money that may upset a player who I need to help us get three points.
"The focus has to stay on the football, and the football only."
Meanwhile, Bolton boss Sam Allardyce has warned El Hadji Diouf not to lose his rag tomorrow against former club Liverpool.
He said: "We haven't seen anything untoward from Dioufy, on or off the pitch, for a while now. I hope that continues and he can go on to find his best form again.
"But he knows we can't keep talking to him about things that might happen. He just needs to focus on his own game.
"We are feeling the pressure after three bad defeats and know it will be an upset if we go to Anfield and win."
