Bolton Wanderers defender Tal Ben-Haim has denied an FA charge of improper conduct and will be seeking a personal hearing in the very near future.
The Israelian international was handed the charge following his reaction to an off the ball incident with England striker Wayne Rooney during the Boxing Day clash between the Trotters and Manchester United.
United teenager Rooney was severely punished with a violent conduct charge following his antics in the game whilst Ben-Haim was also reprimanded for his response to the incident.
