Wanderers took the lead in the 64th minute through Henrik Pedersen only for Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink to equalise in the 90th minute forChelsea.

"I will be crying in my beer," said Allardyce.

"We had only one minute to go to do our job correctly and it is so disappointing to finish like this. We had the chances to finish Chelsea off and get that crucial second goal.

"Then to compound it we failed to take the initiative and backed off them and they got the equaliser.

"Zola got the room and picked out Hasselbaink with a ball that's right on his head.

"We are absolutely gutted."
