Yesterdays reports which claim former Spanish international Fernando Hierro is on trial with Bolton have proved to be false with the club confirming that the veteran former Real Madrid ace is not with them at their Italian training camp.
A number of reports in the Sunday tabloids claimed that the 35-year old was training with the Trotters with a view to extending his career in the Premiership next season but the Wanderers have confirmed this is not the case.
