The League Two side will move to their £12million state-of-the-art stadium next season having been victorious in their last game at Christie Park in the play-off semi-final second leg.
But a 7-2 aggregate defeat means Sammy McIlroy's side will play in League Two for a fourth successive season.
It is the fourth pre-season friendly announced by Bolton, who will also play Charlotte Eagles, Charleston Battery and Toronto FC on their tour of North America in mid-July.
