Former France and AC Milan star Dhorasoo, who turned 33 on Tuesday, has been dismissed for serious misconduct after he criticised coach Guy Lacombe in the press.
Papin told L'Equipe: "I spoke to him because I know him, and I know what has happened. It's a conversation that is going to remain between the two of us but I rate him as a player.
