Bullard's future is the subject of speculation after the Tigers were relegated from the Premier League.
Coyle feels he has enough cover in midfield and told the Bolton News: "Jimmy is a great player but he is not on our radar.
"We have got some quality players in his position already, so there has not been any dialogue from me."
