Charlton Athletic full back Chris Powell and Barcelona striker Javier Saviola are not on Bolton Wanderers wanted list ahead of tommorows transfer deadline although manager Sam Allardyce is keen to bring in up to four new faces which could take the tally of summer arrivals to thirteen.
Both former England defender Powell and the out of favour Saviola had been linked with weekend moves to the Reebok Stadium but the club have stated that the pair are not of interest to the Wanderers.
Big Sam is famous for his last minute transfer swoops, in February the Liverpool defender Jon Otsemobor was signed on loan with just a quarter of an hour remaining of the deadline whilst a year ago both Glen Little, then of Burnley and former French international Ibrahim Ba where added to the Bolton ranks.
A goalkeeper to rival Jussi Jaaskelainen and Kevin Poole is high on the agenda but as expected the Wanderers manager is keeping his cards close to his chest until the targets have signed on the dotted line.
