The Trotters prop up the table after taking just three points from their opening six games.
But Coyle has pointed out injuries and illness to worried supporters and remains adamant a change is fortune is imminent.
"We will turn it around," Coyle told the Bolton News. "If that means changing personnel or that one or two are playing in a comfort zone, then I have shown that I will change the team.
"What I do know is that a win is just round the corner, it's not far away.
"We've had big personnel missing with Gary Cahill, who has been ill, and Stuart Holden, who just missed out on being right. They are quality players to bring back into the group and we will be a better team for it."
