Bolton Wanderers goal hero Kevin Davies is hoping to carry on scoring the goals to keep the Wanderers away from the relegation zone after putting in an excellent performance in the clubs 2-0 win over Middlesbrough at the weekend.
The 26-year old former Southampton star worked tirelessly up front all afternoon chipping in with a fine header to open the scoring and the striker firmly beleives things are on the up now for the Trotters.
"The three points are such a releif. We should have had three wins at home now. A clean sheet and three points is good for us" he said
"People seemed to be happy with my performance and i've now got two goals in five games. I just want to keep on scoring" he added
Davies arrived from Southampton on a Free Transfer over the summer and is currently the clubs top goalscorer having hit two of the clubs four goals this season and the move to Bolton seems to have given the forward a real boost.
