The former Nice utility man said: "I have come to agreement with them.
"I want to play. Now the Bolton officials have to tell me when I have to join them as I already had the medical examinations and everything was fine."
Meanwhile, Bolton Wanderers are again being linked with centre half Traianos Dellas.
Dellas has long been linked with a move to the Reebok Stadium and could be a quick fix for Allardyce as the Greek star is currently without a club and can move outside of the transfer window.
Dellas, who was released by Roma in the summer, has also been linked with Spurs and Portsmouth.
