The clash between Bolton Wanderers and Wolves over their valuation of Senegal striker Henri Camara could mean that the Trotters miss out on the 27-year old African altogether with other clubs waiting in the wings.
Bolton have upped their bid for the front man to £2.7 million but this has been rejected by the Midlands club who value their man at near double the price which has been offered.
Now it seems Wolves arch rivals West Bromwich Albion and the Scottish champions Celtic have shown some interest in the player with both looking to improve on their attacking options ahead of the new season which begins in a few weeks time.
Camara has threatened to go on strike from Wolves if he does not get the move he craves but the Black country club are staying firm on their morales over the situation meaning that the ex-Sedan forward could be left in limbo if he does not comply with the rules having already been reprimanded about his conduct at the club.
Bolton will not up their offer for the player by much more meaning that yet another long term target of the Whites boss Sam Allardyce could bite the dust but the ball is certainly in the court of Wolves.
