Former Bolton Wanderers winger Stuart Storer is celebrating tonight after he was part of the Hinckley United team to dump out League side Torquay United in the FA Cup First Round proper.
The 37-year old is more of a defensive player nowadays but Wanderers fans will best remember him from his time at Burnden Park when he used to dart down the right wing when the club were in the lower leagues.
Storer made over 120 appearances for Bolton between 1987 and 1993 before moving on to the likes of Exeter City and Brighton & Hove Albion. More recently he has been at Atherstone United and Hinckley.
Meanwhile ex-Trotter Bob Taylor could not prevent his new side Tamworth from crashing out of the competition as they suffered a 3-0 defeat at Colin Hendry's in form Blackpool.
Tamworth also included veteran goalkeeper Ryan Price, a former Bolton YTS player whilst the Seasiders looked to one time Wanderers reserve Scott Taylor for goalscoring inspiration.
