Hunt Set For International Call Up

Bolton Wanderers defender Nicky Hunt could be set to write the next chapter in a season of high points for the homegrown full back as he is being tipped to be included in the next England U21 squad to face Holland at the Kingston Communications Stadium in Hull.

The 20-year old has never looked back since making his full League debut for the club against Manchester United at Old Trafford at the start of this season and his current form is said to have impressed the U21 selection panel.

Hunt if selected will follow in the footsteps of team mate Kevin Nolan who made his under 21 debut back in 2002 after numerous pleas to the coach David Platt and will be only the fourth Wanderers player to be selected at that level whilst with the club with Peter Reid, Alan Thompson and Nolan being the others.
