"I would be lying if I said I wasn't already thinking about playing in the Champions League next season," Jaidi said.
"You would always rather have the points on the board but the plus side is that it's in our own hands.
"We have control over the situation. It's up to us to put in the performances and make sure we don't slip up.
"I won the African Cup of Nations a few years ago with Tunisia which was a remarkable achievement. And at club level qualifying for the Champions League would be just as incredible.
"The Champions League would be the natural progression for Bolton after playing in the Uefa Cup this season, but for a club of our size it would still be amazing.
"As long as you are playing in the Champions League you will be playing in the top stadia across Europe, which will be great, but first of all I want to play in as many wonderful grounds as I can at the World Cup in Germany."
