Tottenham boss Martin Jol is convinced Bolton Wanderers will finish in the top six again this season.
The two clubs play eachother tonight and Jol said: "Any manager of a club who has his own style - I think that is a big bonus.
"In Holland they say 'you are better to have a bad style than no style at all'.
"I don't agree Bolton always play long balls. They do that, but if you see the players in midfield, Okocha would not like it if it goes all the time over his head.
"They mix and vary - it's a very good team. They are one of the teams playing for fifth or sixth spot.
"If you see their stats, they're strong in your box so the second ball is important, the headers are important.
"You cannot criticise them because they're strong at set-pieces or long balls from the flanks. It's a big strength."
Meanwhile, Andy van der Meyde has revealed he rejected the chance to sign for Bolton and Middlesbrough in the summer before signing for Everton in a £2million deal.
"I spoke to Middlesbrough and Bolton, but I just felt Everton," said van der Meyde.
"I spoke to the trainer and his story was good. I like it here, it's like Ajax. It's not like Inter. I'm free now, you know, I feel free."
