Racing Club Lens striker Dagui Bakari is said to be of interest to Premiership pair Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic with both clubs suggested to be keen to take the player on trial in the near future according to SKY Sports.
The 29-year old recently rejected the offer of a three month contract with Tottenham Hotspur despite having made a good impression during his summer try out with the North London club and this has apparently alerted both ourselves and the Addicks who are each in the market for new strikers.
Ivory Coast international Bakari is said to have wanted a longer deal to stay at Spurs as they seek short term cover for the injured Republic of Ireland hot shot Robbie Keane but this could mean an opening for Sam Allardyce who has so far been thwarted in his attempts to land new faces having seen recent attempts to land Henri Camara and Dwight Yorke fail.
