Kazimierczak joined Bolton from LKS Lodz in 2004 and has been a regular at reserve-team level.
The move is with a view to a loan deal until the end of the season as Accrington fight to avoid relegation.
Meanwhile, Carlisle have also beaten the transfer deadline to sign Bolton striker Johann Smith on loan until the end of the season.
American under-20 international Smith, 19, made his Premiership debut for Wanderers as a second-half substitute against Manchester United earlier this season and played under Neil McDonald when the Cumbrians' boss was first-team coach at the Reebok Stadium.
Smith could make his debut in Carlisle's League One clash with promotion-chasing Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night subject to the club receiving football league approval.
