Notts County caretaker manager Ian Richardson was a keen spectator at Bolton Wanderers reserve game against Manchester City on Monday night as he looks to add reinforcements to his squad.
Veteran midfielder Richardson, who is currently in charge of team affairs following the departure of Gary Mills last month, says he would be interested in a number of players who are in the Bolton reserve team namely Ricardo Vaz-Te and Blessing Kaku.
"There was a centre forward who I liked up at Bolton. His name is Ricardo Vaz Te, and he scored twice in the match, Blessing Kaku was another one who looked to be a promising player. There was a good defender at Bolton too who Mike Whitlow has told me about. (believed to be ex-Magpies loanee Danny Livesey).
Richardson says that any loan deal would be welcomed providing that the former County manager Sam Allardyce is willing to let some of his fringe players leave the Reebok Stadium on a temporary basis.
"It would be nice if I could get a player in, and of course it would be a case of if Sam Allardyce is prepared to loan them out and what sort of money they are on."
