Bolton Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce was delighted his side came out on top of the clash between Blackburn Rovers in a keenly contested Lancashire derby which ended up 4-3.
The Wanderers boss praised his side for their comeback from three goals down and says that the points gained at Ewood Park where crucial as the club continues to put points on the board to defy the pundits who tipped the Trotters for a relegation struggle.
"Obviously I'm delighted with the result but it's a one off that we have come from 3-1 down to win 4-3. I wasn't happy with the way we played at 1-0 down and 3-1 down. We created the whole game but we didn't finish." Big Sam told SKY Sports.
"The second half performance has given us three crucial points. We have got three precious points today." he added
