Bolton Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce has ruled out a move for the former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu after recent speculation linked the player with a move to the Reebok Stadium.
Mutu is currently serving a seven months drugs ban following the use of cocaine and the Bolton boss says that the player would need a lot of help in getting his career back on track.
"The lad is desperate for help but bringing him to Bolton is not on our agenda" he said
Premiership rivals Charlton Athletic and Tottenham Hotspur are said to be monitoring the Romanian as are the Italian giants Juventus.
