"I am excited about the fact that when I met him in Japan he was so determined to play in The Premiership," Wanderers boss Sam Allardyce told Sky Sports News.
"Him and his agent have done a great job in helping us secure a 12-month contract.
"He will be very fit, we know that, he has done all the work with Fiorentina but it is not the same as what is required for playing in The Premiership.
"Many Asian people will be aware of us after we played out there and they'll be excited about one of their own playing in Bolton's team."
