The Premier League sides are both believed to be monitoring the situation of the striker, who has previously been linked to Rangers.
But McCall has poured cold water on speculation that a ?700,000 offer has been tabled for the 21-year-old.
"We have had no contact from either Bolton or QPR so I don't know where this has come from," he told the Evening Times.
"I worked with Neil Warnock, the QPR manager, for over five years so I would like to think he would let me know if he was interested in one of my players.
"On top of that, ?700,000 is nowhere near our valuation of Jamie. But the bottom line is he is under contract here until 2013 and going nowhere right now.
"Jamie has a key part to play for us over the season ahead and he knows how highly we value him. Right now I am concentrating on bringing in new faces, not losing key players."
