Bolton Wanderers midfielder Kevin Nolan has tipped the Wanderers to bounce back from their 6-2 mauling against Manchester City last weekend and has urged everyone at the club to look forward now as opposed to dwelling on the last match.
The 21-year old England U21 midfielder said the players where as disappointed as anybody and accepted the blame for the defeat which was the club's worst defeat in the Premiership for over seven years.
"A lot of the lads had lots of things to say to one another after the performance against City" said Nolan
"The gaffer took a step back and let it all go. We got our frustration out. It hurt us as much as it hurt everybody else.
"We embarrassed the fans; we embarrassed the gaffer - and, most importantly, we embarrassed ourselves. With the quality of players we have here, we shouldn't be like that.
