Leeds have announced the signing of Bolton defender Andy O'Brien on a one-month loan deal. O'Brien played for Leeds as a schoolboy and will go straight into the squad for the game at Scunthorpe on Saturday. The ex-Bradford and Newcastle centre-back has been hailed as a fantastic acquisition by Leeds manager Simon Grayson, who said: "We looked at things and we need a new centre back in there to give us dominance and experience. "Andy has had a fantastic career, and has great experience. He's a leader and will be a valuable member of the squad for the next month. He brings to the table what maybe other people can't at this moment in time. "He's an experienced player who can bring out more from those around him. We have players who we know are good players and I'd like to think Andy will help them."
