Former Bolton Wanderers players Paul Warhurst and Steve Banks are on the move again as Nationwide League clubs move quickly to recruit new players ahead of this month's transfer deadline.Warhurst has been signed by Grimsby Town following a successful trial spell and had the misfortune to score an own goal on his debut against Bournemouth at the weekend. It is the fourth club this season that the veteran has been associated with since his release from Bolton last summer having had short spells with Chesterfield, Barnsley and Carlisle United.

Meanwhile goalkeeper Banks has rejoined former club Gillingham as they look to find a long term replacement for veteran Vince Bartram who was forced to retire earlier on in the season leaving Jason Brown as the only full time goalkeeper. Banks was initially with Gillingham from 1993 to 1995 before moving to Blackpool and has more recently been on non-contract terms with Wimbledon were he has been the regular custodian for the Milton Keynes based club.
