Allardyce said: "Tottenham haven't bid for Ricketts at all. They are becoming a bit of a nuisance.
"If they are leaking it out to the papers then its a bit of a disgrace.
"Their chairman can speak to my chairman any time he wants and Glenn Hoddle can speak to me any time he wants.
"I've spoken to Michael and his agent about it so that everyone's aware."
Meanwhile Spurs boss Glenn Hoddle was also quick to dismiss the reports.
"These reports are completely untrue - we have made no offer to Bolton," Hoddle said.
