"We are full of confidence and we believe that we are creating a fortress here at the Reebok," he told Bolton's official website.
"People don't like coming here and we've got to make sure that carries on throughout the season."
He also believes the entire team has matured thanks to their Premiership and European success.
"I think we've grown up from last season," he told Bolton's official website.
"We went through that bad patch but seemed to have learned from those lessons by winning against Leicester in midweek - and now against Arsenal."
Meanwhile, Bolton may move for the former Strasbourg midfielder Habib Beye.
The Senegal international has claimed that a move to England would seriously attract him. His possible transfer would cost around 3million euros.
