Bolton Wanderers favourite Youri Djorkaeff has lost a court battle with his previous club Kaiserslautern after a court ruling in the German city of Mainz rejected claims that the ex-French international was owed 400,000 Euros in unpaid bonuses by his former employers.
The 35-year old, who joined Bolton from the German club in February 2002 claimed he was owed match bonuses by the Bundesliga club, however the Germans hit back at the claims stating he was asking for payment of bonuses for matches that he didnt actually play in.
However the matter was resolved today in the courts and the former Inter Milan and Paris Saint Germain player will return to England where he will be hoping to be fit in time for the weekend's Premiership clash with Tottenham Hotspur
