The Toffees had been due to visit the County Ground on the 24th January but this fixture has now been moved forward by two months and will now take place on Thursday 24th March.
Bolton had been due to play the return fixture at Haig Avenue in Southport on the 26th January 2005 but this will now take place at the same venue but 24 hours earlier.
Both games will commence at 7pm.
