Up until last week the reserves had lost seven games in a row and will be hoping for some good fortune during tonight's clash against Keith Bertschin's side in a tie which was originally scheduled for last week.
Neil McDonald names a strong side for the game tonight recent signings Jon Otsemobor and Steve Howey are included whilst there is also places for first teamers Henrik Pedersen, Stelios, Anthony Barness, Javi Moreno and Ibrahim Ba. Jermaine Johnson plays his first game since returning from a loan spell with Oldham Athletic whilst trialist Georgi Kinkladze will also get a run out in a bid to try and impress the Bolton manager Sam Allardyce.
Aliou Cisse is the only experienced name in the Birmingham City line up in what is described as the youngest ever Birmingham reserve team. Carl Motteran and Andrew Barrowman have had first team experience whilst the rest of the travelling Blues consist of Youth Academy players.
