Bolton Wanderers reserves take on Newcastle United reserves this evening looking to build on last week's hard fought win over Liverpool.
The Trotters travel to Kingston Park with a mixture of youth and experience in their squad as coach Neil McDonald calls upon first team fringe players Andy Oakes, Anthony Barness, Khalilou Fadiga, Julio Cesar, Florent Laville and Ricardo Vaz-Te.
Newcastle-born striker James Sinclair is also named in the starting line up as he looks to build up his fitness following a lengthy spell out of action with a broken leg.
The Magpies name an inexperienced side for this clash as the first team have a European tie against Olympiakos on the horizon. Only midfielder Jamie McClen has any considerable first team experience.
Earlier on in the season a late winner from defender Steven Taylor gave Newcastle all three points at the County Ground in a 2-1 victory. Taylor struck with just five minutes to go to end what was a fine run of form by the Trotters.
